Winter is almost in full effect. When I’m sitting by the fireplace, I get tremendously lonely. I think, “I really want a dog, or do I want a cat?” I ponder this question for many moons. After many sleepless nights of researching, I have came to my conclusions.
Some research that I discovered is that cat people are actually smarter than dog people. Professor Denise Guastello said, "It makes sense that a dog person is going to be more lively, because they're going to want to be out there, outside, talking to people, bringing their dog. Whereas, if you're more introverted, and sensitive, maybe you're more at home reading a book, and your cat doesn't need to go outside for a walk."
So now, you’re thinking, “I have to go to Petco and purchase a cat today!” NO, going to get a cat will not make you magically smarter. It just suggest that the type of people who have a cat personality are more likely to score higher on intelligence.
Before, I used to have dog and cats. I was about ready to leave my house for my hot date when my dog comes scrambling over, all slobbery, AND JUMPS ON MY DRESS. He was super worried about me leaving him that he decided to ruin my evening. I have to tell my super hot date that I can’t make it to dinner because I had unexpected problems happening at my house. I hang up the phone, and there is my dog, laying on the couch looking all innocent about the recent events. This was the last time I was asked on a date or had a dog. My life has become simply easier with just felines
